I was able to take the last week plus off w/the boys and I just loved it! We first visited Dad, Penny, Aunt Becky, cousins Alex and itty bitty Ava...She is just SO cute I could not keep my hands off of her. We then had the best weather ever with highs in the 80's so outside we went. On Thursday I took the boys to the zoo all by myself (first time ever). We really had a great time and even though it is always nice to have Daddy around for an extra set of hands, I truly enjoyed being alone with them. We packed lunches and chilled out under a tree to munch on some goodies.

On Saturday, 4/3, we had the Erber Egg Hunt in the morning. Neighbors of ours load up over 1200 eggs and serve coffee/juice/donuts. The kids just go nuts over it and it really nice to have neighbors who take it upon themselves to make the day special. We then had the Kieltys over for Easter dinner and to celebrate Craig's 2nd birthday. Jim's brother Bryan is finally back on dialysis and lost 35# of water weight in a matter of days. He looks so much better than he did back in February.

Everyone goes back to school/daycare on Monday but I took an extra day, you know, a just me day. Might not even get out of bed! :)

Baby girl K is just as active as ever with kicks that get more noticeable each day. I still find it hard to believe that I am pregnant. Just crazy how different this pregnancy is compared to the boys. I can't even remember how many weeks I am anymore and seriously cannot remember if I am 25 or 27 weeks right now. I was asked 2xs today and just don't know. My next appointment is set for 4/11 and after that, I will go to every 2 weeks appointments. I have been doing awesome w/the weight gain but my appetite has come in big time lately, so a bit worried about seeing the scale this time. I will also need to have the glucose testing done and my 3rd sono since the doctor needs to see how far away my placenta is from my cervix.

Because I am either crazy or just plain stupid, the biggest news has been our new puppy, Dory. She is just gorgeous. Pure breed Border Collie w/brown and white markings. It has been an adjustment to say the least. However, we have had her for 2 weeks and the boys are IN LOVE with her, especially Craig. He hugs, kisses, follows, plays, etc, etc w/Dory. He just lights up when he sees her and she seems to be his little girl for if Craig starts to cry, Dory will go right to his side and just sit, waiting for him to stop. We have Xanda who is 9 years old this year and she really does not like my kids. Jim has been wanting a puppy for quite some time for he feels every little boy needs a puppy. Should we have spent the money, nope...but, seeing these boys w/her had made it totally worth it. The best thing is that now Xanda is a bit (just a bit) more tolerate of Connor and Craig! She would never let Craig get close to her w/out a "growl warning" and now, she has been letting Craig pet her. Xanda and Dory are still getting to know each other. We have had a few snips and bites but for the most part, they are doing "ok". Dory is all energy puppy while Xanda is just an old girl that has issues standing up sometimes. Her patience is being tested by this new addition. Xanda got her pretty hard today. I did not see what happened by Dory was crying and has now been laying on my feet for the past hour. We had a very busy day w/company and another dog in the house (Lily, my in-laws Yorkie). I think Xanda had just had it!
