I have no idea why this makes me so happy but we have been waiting for the boys to be able to bath together and tonight was the night (thank goodness for Daddy for I would not have done it). Craig LOVED being w/his big bro and much to my surprise, Connor really liked Craig in the tub w/him. That Connor...he amazes me every day.

Snow Day...Finally

We finally got some snow! Yeah!!! Per Connor's snow gauge, we ended up w/7 inches. Daycare closed down so it was just the boys and me today. Wow, I never realized how exhausting it is to get 3 people ready to go out and play in the snow..whew, I'm tired tonight.

Aunt Beck and cousin Alex came to visit this weekend. We went to the Science Center on Saturday to see Dino Sue (replica).

Another big week for Craig...he has been eating everything that we give him. He has now had blueberry muffins, chicken and dumplings and hashbrown potatoes (this was daycare's idea). His crawling has become second nature and he is quick. His "cruising" has also picked up speed. He will pull up on everthing he can and then let go. He can stand straight for maybe 20-30 seconds until he loses his balance. It appears that second top tooth is just starting to break and Craig has now spent the last 3 nights in his crib. Yeah, I know, but Jim took over night duty long ago and it was just easier for him to have Craig next to him. However, over the last few weeks, it was becoming clear Craig was too big and strong and he really needed to be in his crib. Jim is still doing the night duty (I really had no idea how that happened and I am NOT complaining) :) I am really needing the sleeping arrangements to get back to normal.

Connor is amazing to me. I cannot get over how quickly he learns and retains information like a sponge; HOWEVER, this is then sided with his trying to test me at every single turn. He can be so cute one moment and so aggravating the next/border line bratty.

We are getting ready for vacation in March. We are heading to San Antonio to meet up with our Phoenix friends. They have an amazing time share that we are going to share which also has a complete kitchen and dining room (it is just so hard to eat out every meal w/little ones). We have decided that it would be easier to drive than fly (ask me if this was a good idea in 8 weeks). We plan on the city walk, going to the Alamo, Seaworld, maybe Six Flags (I hear it is awesome) and then off to the ocean since Connor has never seen one.

Craig had quite the week...He started to crawl, ate solid foods (carrots and peas) and cut at least one of 2 upper front teeth that have been trying to come through (he won't let us get close so we are unsure if the 2nd one has made an appearance yet). His teachers at school were blown away by how much he changed in a week in a half (Craig and Connor stayed home w/me during the holidays).

It appears this was the same "fight" that many families had on Christmas Day.

The laughing in the background is Craig who is under me.

A kiss from Izzy

Grandpa, let me tell you a secret.

I hope he knows what he is doing...
